American sanctions against Iran came into force

President Donald Trump`s administration renews all sanctions against Iran which were stopped in 2015 as the result of an agreement on the Iranian nuclear program.
Protests took place across Iran and Iran`s president Hassan Rouhani promised that his country will avoid American restrictions. It should be reminded that sanctions affect not only Iran but also companies and countries that trade with the Arabian country.
On Sunday thousands of people came out to protest in Iranian cities with slogans “Death to America”.
Also, the Iranian armed forces are going to run the drill on Monday and Tuesday to demonstrate the nation's military capacity for self-defense.

More than 700 people, companies and organizations are added to the sanction list by the American government. Important banks, oil exporters and shipping companies are not an exception.
According to Secretary of State Michael Pompeo statement, more than one hundred international companies have left Iran`s market, due to coming constraints. The official is convinced that American action had hit Iran oil production, it fell to approximately one million per day.  This will severely restrict their sources of foreign exchange.
Pompeo said in his interview to CBS on Sunday “Hundreds of businesses have departed Iran. The whole world understands that these sanctions are real that they are important that they drive the Iranian people's opportunity to make the changes in Iran that they so desperately want and stop Iran from having the wealth and money that they need to continue to foment terror around the world.”
